Gina Bennett
Co-Founder & Director, All Secure

Gina M. Bennett is a retired CIA senior counterterrorism analyst, educator, and author whose early warnings in the 1990s identified Osama bin Laden and his terrorist network as a growing threat to the United States. Her 35-year career in the Intelligence Community included contributing to the intelligence effort that ultimately located bin Laden and serving as senior advisor for strategic operational planning at the National Counterterrorism Center. In 2015, Gina was selected to lead the CIA’s inaugural Analytic Tradecraft Program following the agency’s reorganization. She helped establish analytic quality standards and strengthened the rigorous, objective, and critical thinking underpinning intelligence provided to the President, Cabinet, and congressional oversight committees. Her leadership expanded analytic training, embedded expert tradecraft facilitators across CIA missions, and encouraged experimentation with new thinking tools and techniques.

Today, Gina serves as Director of All Secure, the national security design lab powered by Girl Security. She brings decades of intelligence tradecraft to participatory intelligence, helping people and institutions question assumptions, bring overlooked knowledge into analysis, and strengthen human judgment as AI increasingly shapes consequential decisions.A longtime advocate for inclusive national security, Gina also teaches in Georgetown University’s Security Studies Program and Arizona State University’s Center for Intelligence and National Security. She is the author of theNational Security Mombook series.
