Rachel Jones oversees programs and the mentoring network at Girl Security. A native of Richmond, Virginia, she is a 2018 graduate of the University of Virginia, earning a B.A. in Religious Studies. She most recently worked at Cancer Research Institute as a member of the strategic initiatives team, championing the work of immunotherapy by supporting new programs, corporate support, and corporate engagement. Previously, Rachel has worked with BJC (Baptist Joint Committee for Religious Liberty), a non-profit dedicated to protecting religious freedom for all and Richmond Justice Initiative (RJI) an anti-human trafficking nonprofit devoted to education and advocacy. Dedicated to peace and conflict resolution, Rachel believes in the intersection of peace building and security.
